Took Cow Team Road in Crystal as far as I could go and entered the ATV trails. Got these photos from the trails. One needs to bushwhack off the trails and further into the area to get a real feel for this sphagnum bog, one of the largest and undisturbed in the state. As I have written before though, I don’t bushwhack into protected/designated territory as these fragile ecosystems/environments are protected/designated for a reason. I was satisfied with getting this close.
