There’s a Gifford Woods State Park, which is where I thought the NNL was located, but after hiking most of the trails in the park I saw an information sign which stated the actual NNL lies across the street. Oh well, I needed the exercise.
The actual NNL does not have trails running through it according to what I could find online, and since the land is protected and I am not one to trample vegetation, I took various photos of the forest area from the street. I am not sure the photo I include here is officially part of the NNL – I took a bunch of photos but am not going to include them all as they look similar to one another.
