This trail is 5.3 miles long, so I did 10.6 as an out-and-back.
Standard bike path connecting Northampton-area neighborhoods and shopping centers. I think this was one of the first rail trails in New England, and it connects with the Manhan Rail Trail. Lots of polite bikers and pedestrians. Saw two trail-side community art exhibitions, including one where you can create your own kindness rocks and leave them inside the exhibition itself (and not on the trail – kindness rocks do not belong on trails!).
