March 4-5, 2026. Hiked some short NRTs. Both offer water views of the Clinch River through currently leafless branches.
Photos 1-3: River Bluff NRT is in Norris, TN and has beautiful wildflowers that bloom in late March. I was too early for that, but I did enjoy the 3.1-mile loop walk through the trees.

Photos 5-8: Hemlock Bluff NRT is in Anderson, TN within the Loyston Point Trails network. You have to hike 1.7 miles on another trail to get to the NRT. A 6.2-ish mile loop trail can be made out of Hemlock Bluff Trail and the other various trails.k
